At Oak & Vale, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@theoakandvale.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders are processed and cannot be modified or cancelled.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@theoakandvale.com.
